Area’s of Practice:

Real Estate - Personal Injury - Business - Probate - Civil Litigation

Real Estate Law: I have handled real estate transactions for single family residences; investment properties; commercial investments; raw land; easement problems; quiet title actions (clearing title to the property); partition actions (joint ownership and the distribution/splitting of the property when the owner can’t agree); foreclosure issues; enforcing liens on real estate.

Personal Injury  Accidents: I provide very personal attention to each case and will work it as quickly as possible, with the pacing factor of the settlement demand usually being how quickly the client recovers from his/her injuries. Many big firms will be so tied up in their vast agenda that the smaller cases get delayed due to the other cases. I have worked on making personal injury claims for 28 years. Each case is unique and requires detailed analysis of the injuries and expenses related to the situation. Make sure not to speak to the other persons insurance carrier until you have spoken to a lawyer. Cases will generally take many months to litigate if they are simple, and sometimes over a year in complex cases. Judges will generally order the parties to engage in non-binding arbitration, which is often helpful.

Business Law: I have been engaged for all kinds of business disputes varying from farming disputes; collections; insurance claims; art syndication transactions; partnership dissolutions; employment contracts; and many more problems that are presented to businesses.

Probate Law: I handle small and medium sized estates for probate; community property claims; creditor claims; and transfers of real property under $100,000.

Civil Litigation: Throughout my 28 years I have been constantly involved with the court battles waged to resolve controversies. Always look for a mediated result if you can before the case gets out of hand.
